Confirmations/Reminders
It is our intention to make every effort to confirm the reserved time works for you. For your convenience, we offer confirmation of your appointment through our 5-day in-advance email or the 3-day in-advance text confirmation followed by a 1-day final text if we have not received a confirmation from you.
Late Arrivals
With respect for both our staff and guests, we ask you please to arrive on time for your appointment. Depending on the schedule for that day, guests arriving more then 15 minutes late may need to adjust or reschedule their appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your upcoming appointment, we ask that you please do so at least 48 hours prior to your reserved time to avoid any fees. Implementing this policy also allows the staff ample time to fill the appointment space with another client to avoid loss of business.
Same Day Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate a phone call so that we can help to re-schedule and; ask that you consider a gratuity to your service provider for the loss of income for your appointment time.
No-Show
In the case of missing your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be subject to 100% of the services booked. Any future appointment will require a partial deposit, this deposit will be applied toward your next scheduled service. However, if that appointment is missed, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please let us know during your service or within the first week so we may offer resolutions.
Product Guarantee
We offer an exchange or full refund of unopened products for 30 days. Slightly used product [less than 1/3] will be exchanged for an alternate product within 2 weeks of purchase.
Consultation Form
To better serve you, prior to the start of service we will review and discuss a completed consultation form for new color service, skincare, waxing, and massage services.
Gift Card Policy
Our gift cards may be redeemed for services and/or products. Gift cards must be presented for redemption. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not have an expiration date.
