Considerations

Appointments
To be most accommodating to your schedule we recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving Tribute Salon Spa. When booking 3 or more services a credit card will be required to reserve your appointments. Please be mindful of your appointment time. If you are delayed 10 minutes or more, we may need to rebook your appointment. We will do everything to accommodate.

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointments. This will ensure time to complete a customer profile, change into a robe and relax prior to receiving your complete service time.

Cancellations
In the event plans change, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice of cancellations. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card on file for multiple same-day services, specialty services or packages canceled within the 24 hours prior to start of appointments.

Spa Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we ask conversation be kept low and cell phone silenced. Additionally, in respect to you and other spa guests, no children allowed in spa area. Salon area, we ask that children under 12 remain with an adult at all times. No outside food or drink.

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the damage or loss of personal belongings including clothing or accessories. We do offer smocks to protect your clothing and private lockers are available.

Gift Cards
Available in any denomination for all salon and spa services. The gift card must be presented at time of redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks and Tribute Salon Spa Gift Cards. Returned personal checks will result in a $25 service fee.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change and without notice. We are dedicated to continually advancing our skills and providing the best products and services.

Product Return
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should the need arise to return a product, we ask that the product return be within 14 days of the date of purchase. A product exchange or salon product credit will be issued. Any product containing less than 75% full will not be accepted for return. Any cosmetics and skincare items will not be accepted for return if opened.
