To be most accommodating to your schedule we recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving Tribute Salon Spa. When booking 3 or more services a credit card will be required to reserve your appointments.

We respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If an appointment included 3 or more services, and the cancellation occurs within 24 hrs of the reserved start time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. We are dedicated to continually advancing our skills to provide the best products and services.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, and Tribute Salon Spa gift cards. Returned personal checks will result in a $25 service fee.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa, massage, or other services requiring changing into a robe. This allows us to appropriately welcome new and returning clients, and ensure that you have time to change into a robe and relax prior to your service.

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the damage or loss of personal belongings, including clothing or accessories. You are welcome to take advantage of smocks to protect clothing, and private lockers to temporarily store your belongings.

Spa Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we ask that your conversations be kept at a low volume, and that your cell phone is silenced. Additionally, we respectfully ask that children under 12 years of age remain with their adult at all times.

Gift Cards
We welcome your inquiries about custom salon and spa packages, and will be happy to suggest gift cards, available in any denomination for all salon and spa services. Gift cards must be presented at time of redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Product Returns
Your satisfaction is of our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of the purchase date, and we will be happy to issue a product exchange or salon credit. We regret that we cannot accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items which have been opened.
