JOE

Massage Therapist

“We go through a moment…and we come out on the other side.” – Mariah Carey

Joe graduated from the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor in 2013 for Cosmetology with additional cross-training for Spa services. He first began his career as an assistant stylist, building a reputation for giving a superior shampoo experience that clients couldn’t help but notice. Often mistaken as a massage therapist already, Joe decided to return to Douglas J and graduated for Massage Therapy in 2015, the same year he started working at Tribute Salon & Spa. Joe believes that a thorough consultation is the key to a successful massage experience. His reputation is one of professionalism, patience, and intuition. He always books enough time to talk with his clients, so a massage with him never feels rushed and always feels personalized.

Sarah

Massage Therapist

“When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life.” – Jean Shinoda Bolen

Graduated from Douglas J Aveda in 2022 and took special interest in deep tissue work as well as myofascial techniques. I’ve always been told the connections we make in life will be important, so why not take care of the connective tissues inside ourselves too?
